Safe to be seen

I grew up in an environment where being bright and visible is dangerous. The USSR, in the generation of my parents and grandparents, clearly developed the idea that in order to survive and have a comfortable life in society, you need to be part of the team, just like everyone else, a small cog among many of the same, and those who did not fit were expelled.

Living now in a different world and country, I still remember these attitudes deeply ingrained in my brain. I feel how unconsciously they pop up here and there in the patterns of my behavior. And creating this picture and observing it is one of my ways to change my thinking in a direction that is effective for me.
